Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

By accessing the technical materials, code arrays, and documentation data models hosted at workflow-nexus.tech, you acknowledge and agree to comply strictly with the following Terms of Service and infrastructure use regulations.

1. Intellectual Property & Open-Source Use

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all custom JSON payloads, automation scripts, routing maps, and logic documentation published on Workflow Nexus are open-source and intended for deployment within internal corporate staging and production networks. You may copy, modify, and redistribute these objects exclusively for technical operations and infrastructure optimization.

2. Infrastructure Liability Disclaimer

Automating data transfers across distinct enterprise SaaS environments involves regular structural rate-limiting variables and potential payload drop risks controlled entirely by third-party application servers.

CRITICAL SYSTEM LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

All data flow schemas, code snippets, integration scripts, and system architecture blueprints are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for informational, educational, and reference purposes only. Workflow Nexus offers zero performance guarantees, explicit technical warranties, or continuous validation parameters.

Workflow Nexus shall bear zero operational or financial liability for script runtime executions, database drops, API rate-limit threshold crashes, authentication disruptions, or unexpected cloud platform charges incurred inside your organization's third-party SaaS accounts (including HubSpot, Shopify, Monday.com, and Make.com) during script or pipeline implementation.

3. Third-Party API Modifications & Data Changes

SaaS vendors modify structural payload configurations and change API token schemas without notice. Workflow Nexus does not assume responsibility for maintaining structural blueprint integrity or adjusting deployed data paths retroactively following vendor cloud updates. Deploying updates inside production environments remains the exclusive responsibility of your organization's system administrators.

4. External Links and Affiliate Disclosures

Our database links out to third-party commercial applications and tools via verified affiliate performance networks. We have zero regulatory authority over the system security, script execution safety, or privacy implementations practiced inside external web servers.
